From October 23–24, 2026, the World Forest Therapy Demonstration Program will take place at the National Center for Forest Therapy.
Forest therapy experts from around the world will personally demonstrate their nations' signature programs, featuring around 12 diverse demonstration programs in all. It's a rare chance to see forest therapy's many faces — each shaped by a different natural environment and culture — all in one place.
Alongside a forest healing market, the concurrent Forest Healing Expo offers a chance to experience Korea's own forest therapy programs and cultural activities.

Discover Chungbuk's Signature Healing Destinations
On October 25, join the Wellness Trip and explore some of Chungbuk Province's most iconic healing destinations.
Following the demonstration program, this journey offers a quiet close to your experience — time to restore body and mind amid nature.

Course 01 : Traditional Culture & Wellness

Mireu Forest — after crossing the historic Nongdari Stone Bridge, a red-stone bridge built in a fish-scale pattern, participants follow Chopyeong Lake toward the forest.
The course includes the red-clay barefoot trail, the suspension bridge, and a self-guided charcoal healing experience at Jincheon Charcoal Healing Center in Baekgok-myeon.

Course 02 : Forest Healing

Seongbulsan Natural Recreation Forest offers rest, healing, and nature-based learning in a clean forest environment.
The course combines Eco Learning Center activities, forest therapy, injeolmi rice-cake making, and gentle trekking along the barrier-free eco park trail.

Meeting Point (Oct 22) : Incheon International Airport (TBA)
Inclusions :
    - Accommodation, Oct 22–24 (2 nights, 3 days, twin-sharing basis)
    - Meals, Oct 22–25 (10 meals as per itinerary)
    - Transportation between destinations, English-speaking guide, Entrance fees
Exclusions : Personal expenses, Alcoholic beverages and additional drinks, Travel insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory and must be purchased individually by each participant.
The organizers will not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
Participants are strongly advised to ensure that their insurance covers medical expenses, personal liability, and trip cancellation.

Inclusions :
    - Transportation between destinations, Entrance fees
    - Meals, Oct 23–25 (lunch & dinner, 6 meals as per itinerary)
Exclusions : Accommodation, Personal expenses, Alcoholic beverages and additional drinks, Travel insurance

Accommodation is provided free of charge to the first 60 participants on a first-come, first-served basis (shared room, 9 persons per room).

- The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of original abstracts according to the following submission guidelines by 31 August 2026.
- Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral or e-poster presentations. All presented abstracts in the oral or e-poster form will be published in the e-book of abstracts.
